Other Remarks
Pan Ei Mon is a 27-year-old Myanmar helper who is single and has around 1 year and 6 months of working experience in Singapore.
She shared that she previously worked for her first employer in Singapore for 8 months. The family consisted of 5 adults and a 90-year-old grandmother. She mentioned that her main responsibility was taking care of the grandmother, along with managing household duties. Her responsibilities included assisting the grandmother with daily care, pushing her wheelchair, accompanying her to hospital appointments, cleaning the house and cooking meals specially for the grandmother.
She shared that she worked for another employer for 4 days, but she had to leave as the elderly grandfather passed away. After that, she continued working for her third employer in Singapore for 8 months. The family had a 68-year-old grandmother. She mentioned that her main responsibility was taking care of the grandmother, accompanying her to hospital appointments, cleaning the house and preparing meals for her.
She shared that she has strong elderly care experience and is comfortable assisting elderly with their daily routines. She is also able to take care of children and mentioned that she can manage children aged 6 years old and above, including two children at the same time if required. She is comfortable sleeping together with both children and elderly if required.
She is able to cook Myanmar dishes and simple Chinese dishes. She can follow recipes and is willing to learn more cooking styles according to the employer’s preference. She can manage general household duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing and maintaining household cleanliness.
She shared that she is afraid of dogs and cats, so she may not be suitable for households with pets.
Through the interaction at the training centre, she appears to be a hardworking, honest and caring person. She tends to put others’ needs first and is willing to cooperate, learn and adapt to the employer’s requirements.
Families looking for a helper with Singapore elderly care experience, a caring personality and strong commitment may consider her based on her previous caregiving experience. She is able to assist with childcare but is more confident and experienced in elderly care.

Our journey began with a simple observation from our own experiences as an employer: the challenges many face in finding reliable, skilled domestic helper while navigating the high agency fees and complexities of paperwork and processes. We realized that many agencies have overlooked the essence of service – understanding the genuine needs of both employers and employees.

Our company aim to integrate the current technology to make the hiring processes seamless for employer and they can do it even at the comfort of their home. This could significantly lower the cost to as low as the bare cost of direct hiring a helper. Our vision was born out of this understanding, and with a determination to bridge this gap, Easy Hire Maid Agency was established.
