Myint Thu Zar shared that she is a mother of two children, aged 10 and 6 years old. Since they were born, she has personally taken care of her children and managed their daily needs, including feeding, bathing, guiding their routines and supporting their development. As she wanted to provide a better future for her children, she decided to work at Singapore and to support her family financially.
With more than 3 years of work experience, she previously worked for a family with two adults and two children (aged 3 and 9 years old). Her main responsibilities included caring for the children, preparing meals, doing household chores and assisting with their daily routines and homework. From her experience as a mother and caregiver, she appears to be patient, responsible, and comfortable handling children’s needs. She is confident in caring for children from the newborn stage onwards and is able to manage up to two children at the same time.
Although she has not had formal elderly care experience, she is willing to learn and is open to assisting with elderly care if required. However, her stronger area of experience and confidence is in childcare.
Myint Thu Zar is able to cook Myanmar and Simple Chinese dishes. She enjoys improving her cooking skills and often learns new recipes through YouTube. She is also comfortable with general household duties, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, mopping, grocery shopping and maintaining the household routine.
She is described as cheerful, willing to learn, and adaptable. She is comfortable around pets and has experience taking care of a medium-sized dog. She is suitable for families looking for a helper who is experienced in childcare, especially newborn and young children care, while also being willing to support general household duties.
Our journey began with a simple observation from our own experiences as an employer: the challenges many face in finding reliable, skilled domestic helper while navigating the high agency fees and complexities of paperwork and processes. We realized that many agencies have overlooked the essence of service – understanding the genuine needs of both employers and employees.
Our company aim to integrate the current technology to make the hiring processes seamless for employer and they can do it even at the comfort of their home. This could significantly lower the cost to as low as the bare cost of direct hiring a helper. Our vision was born out of this understanding, and with a determination to bridge this gap, Easy Hire Maid Agency was established.
