08/12/2023 to 08/03/2024 :

Taking care 94yo Grandma who is stroke & dementia. Grandma is bedridden. Helper helps to change diaper, Shower, Feed and Give Medicine. She accompany Grandma to hospital for check-up using wheelchair to transfer Grandma from bed. Assist with Grandma with her daily activlties. She also cook soft food for Grandma. Massage Grandma arm everyday. She sleeps with Grandma wake up 2 times at night to serve water and change diapers. She sleeps in hospital with Grandma 1 week untill Grandma passed on. HDB | 2 bedrooms | 2 toilets (She stays alone with Grandma)

All around: cooking, washing, cleaning, ironing, marketing weekly, wash 1 car twice a week, take care of children 2yo & 5yo, both girls (until 5yo & 9yo), helper help to shower, change clothes, change diaper, give foods/give milk, get ready them to playgroup school (prepare uniform, school bag, shoes), send/fetch them to & from school (8am to 3pm), after back from school, prepare foods, shower/clean for them, playing, reading story books shower, playing, singing, reading book, do homework, bring them to playground. Accompany and assist them as & when needed. Helper shares room/sleep with children & take care of them at midnight, change diaper/give milk if needed.
